To send a mail-in payment just go to the Carrie Underwood Fan Club website, click on "Join Now". Follow the instructions for "Mail-In Payments". When you have completed the registration form, print it out and send it along with a Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount specified for US or International members. Your payment should be made out to Sparkart LLC.
